PEC Hacks 4.0 is a 36-hour international student-led hackathon hosted by Panimalar Engineering College, Chennai. It is a platform where passionate students, developers, designers, and innovators come together to transform ideas into impactful solutions for real-world challenges.

Over its first three editions, PEC Hacks has grown into one of India's leading student hackathons, attracting over 18,000 registrations from 561+ colleges across 131+ cities. Backed by Major League Hacking (MLH), the event fosters innovation, collaboration, and hands-on learning through mentorship, workshops, networking opportunities, and exciting challenges.

PEC Hacks 4.0 welcomes engineering students from across the country, providing a space for both beginners and experienced builders to learn, create, and compete. The hackathon also features dedicated opportunities such as the Best All-Girls Team Award and a High School Track, encouraging greater participation and diversity in technology.
